What differentiates LexisNexis Financial Services from other similar products?

Alert management and analysis provided as a part of the Fraud management module of the suite are excellent. The analysis automatic within the solution can be fine-tuned such that there are minimal false positives. The workflow management can be sluggish at times. However overall the solution is commendable. My overall experience has been very great. It’ one amongst the simplest platform for getting information. I’m really pleased with it. It’s been an excellent help in legal analysis needs and we are very happy with it’ outcome.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have a direct seller contact for our account and fast client response whenever we reach out. Vendor is knowledgeable. Though we’ve oversight of this vendor for the company, we have found that other BLs even have initiated separate contracts without informing our team which ends in many contracts and inefficiencies in use of funds. Product is effective, intuitive interface, and powerful customization abilities. Skilled expertise on subrogation recoveries with LexisNexis who are trade leaders in collection domain. Nice team to figure with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The small projects team is under-resourced, therefore, projects are on a roll for long periods of time, often while not update. Server response times, significantly in Development and check environments is commonly not so good. Having to wait for response on some functions of Configuration may be somewhat frustrating. The quality modules can typically be troublesome to re-configure or alter for customized purposes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Review different vendors, as we’ve got done. LexisNexis risk solution stacks up alright against its competitors. The application is extensive, is consistently being enhanced, and is customizable in-house. It has too many amazing features that are very knowledgeable and beneficial.

This tool and company has high visibility in the industry and has consistently delivered to the market a product to support risk management and helps us add definition to our customers and our portfolios.

The ability to search, secure and move forward with decisions based on quality information received.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing notably distasteful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do the research and ensure that your LOBs are attuned to the product. Take advantage of the training and KT for IT.
