Very reliable & allows uploading of past webinars!

What differentiates Livestorm from other similar products?

We had issues with audio and video using webinar ninja but have had no problems since moving over to LiveStorm. We also wanted a service which allows us to register users from our website which Livestorm provides. Finally the ability to upload past webinars from another service was useful to us and lead to us choosing LiveStorm. Happy with the experience after running half a dozen webinars. Worth the cost.

Reliability

What do you dislike most about this product?

Registration page options are limited but as we don't use them it's not an issue for us. (We embed registration onto our website which I would recommend)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend LiveStorm due to its reliability. 0 issues during events so far and this is the most important aspect for us.

Livestorm is a consolidated solution that supports performance, where communications and innovation proceeds. Besides, Livestorm defines the right meeting and session management procedures, to make every process successful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Livestorm has enhanced a chat bot, that allows people to speak out loudly in case they they have something in mind. Further, Livestorm generates knowledge to the users, where robust discussions and inventions are made.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Livestorm is a substantial solution for web conference and innovation hub, hence, the growth in terms of performance that the applications brings is outstanding.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Livestorm has greatness in making companies have substantial dialogue with all the stakeholders. Besides, Livestorm defines the rules of engagement, which are substantial and consistent in any proceedings.

What differentiates Livestorm from other similar products?

Product natively made for Webinars which allows some great features: chat polls, comments, discussions... Smooth integration with CRM (Hubspot) which enables a full integration of this channel in your Marketing acquisition strategy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Chat polls and the seamless integration with Hubspot to capture prospect interactions with our online events.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Don't really know if it can replace Zoom in terms of internal communication for instance... and does not seem appropriate for larger conference when you want to organize full conference events with several webinars to display simultaneously.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go dor it, it worth it and support is very fantastic.
