Very intuitive interface that didn't need much prepping beforehand No technical issues experience Can host a large number of call participants

What differentiates Livestorm from other similar products?

Livestorm’s user-friendly interface, which enables users to easily browse and access all of the platform’s features with little training, is one of its distinguishing features. Furthermore, the platform allows for a great deal of customization, enabling users to brand their events and make them more enticing to attendees aesthetically.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting data and attendance monitoring features are two of my favorite Livestorm features. It’s very simple to use. I also greatly value the automated emails I can send to registrants who can’t attend the event in person and include a link to the recording. This is MASSIVE. Zoom is used almost exclusively at our business, but just for this feature, Livestorm is worthwhile. Speaking of automated emails, Livestorm differs from Zoom in that it offers complete customization of the automated emails that are sent to registrants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

During use, I encountered two main problems: unable to directly record the speech on the platform and unable to share files except for pdf. The alternative is screen sharing but this is not the ideal solution for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The platform is easy to configure and manage in a webinar, simple, intuitive, and fast. The parts to use for programming are well done and easy. Download files very quickly. After going live, on the webinar side, I never had problems connecting, and even when the video are playing, there was never any delay. You can choose if and how you can decide how much you want to interact with the public, create polls, and take questions.

Before committing to Livestorm, I recommend thoroughly exploring its features and pricing plans to ensure they align with your specific needs and budget. Additionally, take advantage of any free trials or demos offered to test the platform's functionality firsthand.
