What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

Dundas BI provides a range of features and flexibility that we do not get with the other BI products at our disposal. We have been using Dundas BI since the beginning and we are still amazed by what we can do it is and how great the people from support, development and customer service are. With Dundas BI you get a great BI tools from a great team and we couldn't be happier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the flexibility and how I can wow my users with the dashboards I build. No matter the ask from the user I know that I can deliver on it using Dundas BI. Dundas BI supports all the data sources we have and over the years have added many features that make it so easy to create great and interactive dashboards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say that it takes some time to figure out how everything works just because there is so much to do. I can definitely recommend the free trainings they have which get you up to speed much quicker. In our team we have several students that help out with the dashboard building and they are able to work on the dashboards after the went through the training within a couple of days.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk to the team at Dundas. They are great and honest. Next step would be to try out the tool. Just from the websites you will not be able to see the difference between one BI tool and the next. The last tip would be to think long term. Some BI tools I have used work great for the first simple dashboard you want to build but then fall short once you get to something more complex and challenging. This will not happen to you with Dundas BI.
