What differentiates Birdview PSA from other similar products?

The ability to customize this product is far beyond anything else I've seen in this space. Even better, you don't have to be a software expert to customize this tool to your needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease at which it can be integrated into other solutions (i.e. billing systems) with the help of their integration staff.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As with all products of its like - the fact that they're "cloud-heavy" (i.e. they prefer to sell a cloud solution rather than licenses for an on-premises-hosted product).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
