the interface is user-friendly, easy for the user to operate the solution. This is very important, who ever uses it, can just simply do it with out any issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Price, I could be very expensive depending on how many devices.

Be aware of the prices and your company's need before you make your decision.

What differentiates LogMeIn Central by GoTo from other similar products?

LogMeIn Central has built-in features that automatically handle software updates, security patches, and maintenance tasks. This means that IT teams don’t have to manually go through every device and update it individually, saving a lot of time and effort. With these automatic updates, your devices will always have the latest software, which is important for keeping everything secure. Regular updates help fix security weaknesses that could be targeted by hackers, so your business’s devices are less likely to be at risk.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best features for me is the ability to transfer files easily between devices during a remote session. It’s super simple to upload and download files, which makes it much easier to fix problems or offer support. You can quickly send documents or updates back and forth without needing to use extra tools like email or file-sharing apps. It’s all built into the system, saving time and hassle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

LogMeIn Central does have some automation features, but it’s missing more advanced options that other platforms might offer. For example, it doesn’t have things like automatic repairs or the ability to schedule tasks in a more detailed way. This means businesses with more complicated needs might find it a bit limited, and may need to do extra work manually or use other tools to get those features.
