What differentiates LumApps from other similar products?

Unlike an outdated intranet, LumApps allows highly targeted communication based on roles, location, and languages. It is one of the only platforms that natively integrates with productivity and the ecosystem. It is a corporate communication powerhouse that supports multi-channel messaging, video announcements, and multi-lingual publishing effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

LumApps is my favorite for its unique combination of communication, social collaboration, and deep productivity integration, all in a personalized and scalable platform that provides extraordinary services. Its smart search engine and AI-driven content suggestions make it easy for me to discover relevant knowledge. I would say it is a blessing platform for me, it's a clean and responsive mobile app, and it allows me to stay informed and connected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many things make it my like rather than dislike. For example, true personalization at scale, from content branding to layout, strong enterprise-grade governance and permission control, and a communication-first approach that goes beyond a static intranet. Moreover, it helps me focus better because I have access to the data without needing to ask any other IT team member.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a tool that could provide the best services for social intranet, which you can use like any other social media tool than you are on the right direction. You must give this a try.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

when we onboarded a new team member, LumApps automatically personalized their dashboard with department-specific resources, ongoing project updates, and team introductions. It made their integration seamless and quick

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it gives basic metrics like page visits and clicks, it doesn’t dive deep into engagement data. For example, it’s hard to measure the actual impact of certain content pieces beyond surface-level stats

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

LumApps is worth exploring. A good tip? Assign champions in each department to manage and customize their team’s section of the platform
