What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The time I have spent with M-files has been really enjoyable, and I have found all of its components to be solid and easily usable, but some of its features, particularly the automated workflow, are my favorites. The feature that makes sure that documents follow their accurate workflows, adhere to the correct retention guidelines, and are only accessed by those who are authorized to do so is also my favorite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The configuration of proper authorization is somewhat intricate. Sharing a file takes a lot of effort and we implemented strict access restrictions. The password, on the other hand, is in plain text. It is not covered up.

M-files is a leading recommendation that pushes papers through digital processes to enable users to go digital and enjoy growth by gaining assessments, and signatures, and to ensure the storage of specific information. Almost since we put M-files at the hub of our infrastructure, we have improved performance, eliminated scattered files, and gained productivity. The nice part is that we can integrate this file solution with our project management tool. We can quickly access all the information we need, and the search tool is quite effective. My other fave is the interface as it has a great, clean, and structured appearance. For each article and file, it maintains a single copy, and the version we view there is always the most recent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It causes interoperability issues in locations where the internet service is uncertain, and it may cause version issues. A correlation thread is required when connecting to an external system.

We used M-files since it has favourable ratings, solid advice from business partners, and have won accolades. Good news thus far, We manually scan our data before uploading them to the M-files vault, where everything is safely kept and conveniently located. Finding the file you need is simply because of M-Files' search functionality that uses metadata rather than location-based search criteria.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most of our papers in the office are scanned and immediately uploaded to M-Files. M-files work best with mobile devices for convenient access to our vaults from any location with internet availability. The most admirable feature is that I can use it on my phone. We are typically restricted to using the company laptop and several applications through the company network. However, no restrictions are on using this mobile app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having to "check out" a document from M-Files to review and update can be initially perplexing. The M-Files' user interface is challenging to utilize. They must also improve. Additionally, checking in and out of a folder calls for additional chores and reminders to continue with the document. It significantly reduces work efficiency.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because it's simple to use, all staff members accept it. By giving access to knowledge that was previously out of reach, it saves time. Errors are decreased. A corporation can accomplish anything with M-Files thanks to its use of objects, Workflow, and metadata. It is software that functions like a Swiss army knife.
