MailChimp offers easy email automation, detailed analytics, enhanced deliverability, and customizable templates, improving engagement and campaign efficiency. It also provides seamless integrations, advanced segmentation, and robust API access for tailored marketing solutions from any external solution

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customer support team is so knowledgeable and offers help 24/7. Can also monitor the number of clicks which helps us to know and track our progress for email marketing campaigns to estimate where to improve and the recommendations they do provide

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is higher than competing platforms. It takes a lot of time and effort to build domain authority and email reputation on MailChimp due to many factors that are needed to be followed

It is a cool software for sending email marketing campaigns
