What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

MailChimp's ease of use and clean look of the platform make it easy to get up to speed, and show someone else how to create campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They have many templates to choose from or the user can create templates and save them on the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that you cannot unsubscribe a user from receiving all emails from my company. I instead need to add that user to the unsubscribe list of all campaigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is no phone customer support, only chat, but I've found that to suffice. They can quickly edit campaigns and get into your screen to see what's going on.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp sets itself apart from competitors with its low price and simple interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to marketing, sending out emails, and more, MailChimp is a fantastic tool that is also really simple to use. We've been using this as our main method of communication and are pleased with its effectiveness thus far. We continue using Mailchimp on a daily basis since we are so pleased with its performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When sending out a mass email, your message may land up in the recipient's spam or junk mail folder. It's tough to offer assistance in the after-the-fact.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The application is highly recommended due to its extensive integration options. We were able to save both time and money because it was easily integrated with the other programs we use.
