It's a resourceful marketing software. Well equipped and easy to understand

I like that Mailchimp delivers as a marketing automation solution. Besides automation, it also handles business email marketing needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is all we needed and no issues with Mailchimp.

Mailchimp has delivered and I wholeheartedly recommend it to prospective users

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

The abilitlity to use SMS messaging, newly created tool which has changed the way we market to our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to setup a campaign and create email templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost, Sometimes we go over our contact limit and MailChimp doesn't tell you this until you get the bill. Everytime we import contacts we double check to make sure we haven't gone over our limit

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a easy to use email campaign tool, Mailchimp should be the one you pick.
