Can't edit mobile view newsletters, can only edit on the desktop view.

A worthwhile investment, check out the help centre as there is lots of advice and help in there.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp stands out in the area of behavioral targeting of customers and sales leads , based on their behavior with our application or on how they have interacted with previous marketing newsletter, shared with them. This feature of Mailchimp has ensured that we are sending the most relevant content, to our target audience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use interface. This very important aspect of Mailchimp makes it easier to launch campaigns, and even teach new employees in my department, about the basic controls present on this software solution and how to take full advantage of them . In a fast paced organization like ours, the ability to navigate software products easily , which is the major hallmark of an intuitive product, is very important.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have an issue with Mailchimp mobile application. It is difficult to get major work done in terms of creating campaigns, editing templates etc from the Mailchimp mobile app. This has made it mandatory to always access Mailchimp from my desktop, whenever I need to get any serious email marketing work done.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Mailchimp to modern marketing teams of all sizes.
