The customization of the email templates is the most flexible and easy to use in the market

The template engine for customizing a great diversity of email templates to different audiences and connecting the tool to a wide variety of email clients

The marketing campaign features are quite good, but has some room for improvements compare to other options in the market

If you require a powerful and customizable tool to manage your marketing campaigns by email, this is a great product to do it. Consider all of your communication channels to select the best tool to reach your clients and measure your business metrics with precision

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

I have used other email marketing software, and I loved Mailchimp's template designs, ease of layout formatting with color and fonts that appeal to the restaurant's brand. The sending out and scheduling for weekly email newsletters is very easy and clear to setup. I highly recommend them :)

The creative templates that allow to show our brand and colors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Maybe more variety for choosing fonts..

The efficiency and professionalism for executing weekly email marketing, yet clear and simple to learn and customize for all sorts of business brands.
