What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspects of this product is their Beginner-Friendly, Comprehensive Automation, Variety of Templates, AI-Powered Insights and Reliable Deliverability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike their Pricing Can Be Expensive, Limited Customer Support on Free Plan, Fewer Advanced Features for Large Businesses, E-commerce Limitations and Complex Pricing Structure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend you to check with your IT infrastructure and get the right premium plan accordingly.

It also provides seamless integrations, advanced segmentation, and robust API access for tailored marketing solutions from any external solution

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customer support team is so knowledgeable and offers help 24/7. Can also monitor the number of clicks which helps us to know and track our progress for email marketing campaigns to estimate where to improve and the recommendations they do provide

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is higher than competing platforms. It takes a lot of time and effort to build domain authority and email reputation on MailChimp due to many factors that are needed to be followed

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a cool software for sending email marketing campaigns
