The email designing tool is awesome. :-) Integration of Graphics and Text in email drafting is a wonderful feature.

User-Friendly interface and tools.

Nothing. It is a fully customizable package with lots of options in menus.

I would say, the limit of user base and subscribers to segment for mail automation.
