What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Overall, the pricing was good for a limited list and a wonderful provider for new companies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mailchimp had a great mobile app and UI. Klaviyo, with a terrible UI and no mobile app, is my substitute for Shopify because they no longer integrate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Mailchimp feature that I found least appealing was the higher fee for additional features and larger lists.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mailchimp is easy to use and has many email marketing functions.It has powerful automation and analytics and is intuitive.
