Overall, the email sending platform is exceptional, its interface is intuitive, making it easy to learn and use, even for those who have no prior experience in digital marketing, one of the aspects that I appreciate the most is the ability to send test emails to multiple recipients which makes it easy to obtain valuable feedback before mass sending, this feature allows you to adjust and improve the content based on the opinions received, resulting in more effective communications, additionally, the platform has a fairly large library robust. Having access to various templates and strategies has significantly optimize our marketing campaigns.

It is essential to have an updated list of contacts that allows us to maintain fluid communication with our clients, business partners and team members, something that MailChimp provides us with security. This practice not only makes it easier to track our interactions, it also strengthens the long-term relationships, in addition it is important to offer the functionalities mentioned above at a competitive price, this will ensure that the services are accessible and attractive to new and old users, thus promoting their loyalty and satisfaction, on the other hand it's essential to provide detailed info about the performance of our campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be highly beneficial if the tool or campaign manager we use could offer the option to configure an annual or even longer schedule, which would allow us to plan ahead and better manage our time, it would also be ideal to be able to mark exceptions for days important holidays in a simple way, thus avoiding sending newsletters at inappropriate times, and I have noticed that the "Keep me logged in" function on the platform does not seem to be working correctly, at least in my case, and this functionality is crucial for facilitate continuous access without the need to return to enter credentials repeatedly, which can be frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Normally, if you have a large audience that requires inclusion or exclusion, it can be difficult to track in Mailchimp, but if you have some knowledge of this type of programs, there is no problem, this software can facilitate better segmentation and organization of data, allowing a more efficient monitoring and ensuring the necessary confidentiality in sensitive situations.

The data format during importation is too rigid, sometimes not every data will be available in the format and there should be room for data importation in any format available to me.

I highly recommend mailchimp for email marketing, it has easy integration with other marketing automation software and its very affordable to manage a large customer
