What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?

Every interaction is a 2 way conversation where I can trust I won't be pushed into a cookie cutter solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product reflects that they are listening to what their customers want, not just churning out features to keep up with the competition. They sincerely want to provide an excellent product to their customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would love to see a Slack integration, but that's no different from any other vendor

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's rare to find a vendor who will work side by side with you and really listen to the issues that are important to your business.

The people at Malbek and the overall look and feel of the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it is so customizable it can be tricky to make sure all steps have been made to fully deploy any change.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have your internal processes defined and know all the elements of info you need to build your contract requests.
