What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?

Malbek focuses on customer experience and really tries their best to accommodate customer requests. They are focused on improvement and dedicate a lot of time and resources into improving the platform. The system allows for customizations but also making sure the key capabilities of a CLM of not overlooked. Having a dedicated CSM that schedules weekly calls definitely helps with progress and their resource center is organized and very informative.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customizability of the system is great but the customer-focused nature of the dedicated customer success managers and client facing personnel is where Malbek truly shines. Being able to reach out to someone, a real person, for timely feedback is so important for companies trying to scale. We're not just another cog in the wheel and the attention we receive is genuine and extremely helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some features that a slightly lacking compared to other CLMs in terms of automation. I'm always asking if Malbek can do "this" or "that" and 50% of the time, its not a capability of the system but this is where they take customer feedback and try to make enhancements to the system. Malbek would also be a great tool to use outside of contracts such as legal intake or for procurement purposes but it's limited to contract-related tasks. More sophisticated integrations with systems as well as integrating with the Google workspace environment would definitely help appeal to additional cusotmers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Malbek is a great CLM tool but be prepared to put in the work to understand and learn the system. It isn't the most intuitive system right off the bat but once you familiarize yourself with how it works, the possibilities are nearly endless.

What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?

Malbek is user friendly and allows transparency of workflows for all users. It incorporates an integral approach to the various different contracts allowing for copying of templates, workflows, etc. I feel that Malbek is constantly looking for ways to improve and update in order to continuously provide an efficient user experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Malbek is the various customization options available to make it suitable for the needs of individual businesses. The integration with Microsoft Office and DocuSign helps to provide ease of contract management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Malbek is the complicated nature of the administration for tasks that need to be conducted in order to improve workflows, building of templates, etc. The 'behind the scenes' of Malbek that requires a more administrative background for a user group instead of Malbek providing their own administrative team to assist end users is the biggest issue we have to date.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Someone using this product should consider defining clear roles of their administration team, accountability partners, and learning all of the nuances of Malbek. Keep up with the training that is offered and be sure to highlight examples of issues as they arise.
