ManageEngine AssetExplorer is a web-based IT Asset Management (ITAM) software that helps you monitor and manage assets in your network from Planning phase to Disposal phase. AssetExplorer provides you with a number of ways to ensure discovery of all the assets in your network. You can manage software & hardware assets, ensure software license compliance and track purchase orders & contracts - the whole nine yards! AssetExplorer is very easy to install and works right out of the box.

What differentiates ManageEngine AssetExplorer from other similar products?

It brings all features on the market, plus the ability to use it On-Premise and therefore better control security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very friendly and complete web interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not having the ability to run it on Linux as full integration with other ManageEngine Products (DesktopCentral).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, this is one of the most complete product on the market, they also constantly evolve and bring new features.
