AssetExplorer is very easy to install and works right out of the box.

I would say that the support it's excellent compared to similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect it's that you can configure a range of software's, check their logs, create reports and make decisions based on those reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not user-friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to first evaluate if your main operation software's can be added to ManageEngine AssetExplorer.
