What differentiates ManageEngine Site24x7 from other similar products?
We can analyze complex issues, such as web server activity, that arise when our customers visit our various websites. By viewing transactions in real time and running queues, we can troubleshoot latency or failures in individual transactions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to see the big picture across numerous server instances is fantastic, and I really like how easy it was to sort requests by impact and make optimizations without logging in.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unfortunately, this technology has a history of returning incomplete results when SQL queries are excessively long. A different user interface could display container hosts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With ManageEngine Site24x7's innovative data collection and overview features, you can detect problematic instances quickly.

What differentiates ManageEngine Site24x7 from other similar products?
It gives a precise report. All the triggers sent are not false positives. Also configuring the product is not difficult
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like their idea of monitoring components using multiple sites. They have many datacentres to monitor a component
What do you dislike most about this product?
We used sight 24x7 for 7 years, not sure I disliked it. I do not know why management decided to go for pingdom
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good tool for monitoring websites and will recommend to anyone who wishes to use it
