What do you dislike most about this product?

One downside of ManyChat is its limited native support for WhatsApp. While ManyChat integrates seamlessly with platforms like Facebook Messenger and Instagram, WhatsApp requires an API setup, making it more complex and less straightforward compared to other channels. What differentiates Manychat from other similar products?

I am limited access to Manychat thus I have not used and explored all the feature to the fullest extent. I am happy with the work I have done so far. I have not used other similar product. So can't say the difference between them at this point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automated Messaging is my best and favorite aspect of this product. This helps me to automated responses and to generate lead easy. Its easy to use for a new person.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am limited access to Manychat thus I have not used and explored all the feature to the fullest extent. So i dont have anything that I dislike at this stage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would 100% recommend ManyChat to other as its easy to use with good features like Automated Messaging - automated responses and supports Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS all platform. This are my best products.
