nothing to dislike, but it may occur due to some pricing factors.but I definitely use this.

Appart from the unique feautres in terms of conversations generator, which makes it unique, the support from the IT staff and training is huge.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The possibility of integrating text, voice, images and videos in the same flow.

Complex to use at the beginning and it terms of implementing more complex flows
