Amazing tool for Facebook Messenger Chatbots

What differentiates Manychat from other similar products?

Manychat is easy to deploy but it only supports Facebook Messenger and Instagram.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and it's no-code builder.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No Omnichannel Presence.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good one for Messenger but not worth if you are looking for an omnichannel one.

the way you build the bot flows it's so much easier and user friendly

the chat flow builder and all the channels available

What do you dislike most about this product?

how hard it is to connect whatsapp and that we can't use SMS # codes or keywords to get a flow started to a specific number

What differentiates Manychat from other similar products?

The visual flow builder is the main character for me, in this way i can understand faster what to do and where i have to fix some flow. Other important things is the community, from the CEO of manychat to the users, there is a great communication, so we can help each others without any problem.

From now, i like everything of the platform

Study all the video of manychat, keep the pro account and start to make something
