How easy it is to create a chatbot. YOu have SMS, email, and IG automation. support is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flow builder.

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing really. It's FB ever-changing rules that I don't like

Get this product is you're serious about messenger marketing.

What differentiates Manychat from other similar products?

The workflow is so much better visually, the pricing too is better. Also they are a Facebook Partner so they know what's happening and get everything faster than other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflow! I love the bubbles and all the visuals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Live chat

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Upgrade to Pro so you get all features and make sure you go through their free training first before playing with it. Read the terms of Facebook too to make sure that you are in compliance with them. If not it will get you blocked. If you are in EU check the restrictions also if you have an audience in the EU or the other 4 countries with restrictions because of GDPR law.

What differentiates Manychat from other similar products?

Very intuitive User Experience, very easy to understand. Video tutorials are also very helpful. Features even for the free version is so packed already, I recommend this to any business owner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very visual yet powerful and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be honest, I have yet to find something I do not like about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give the free version a try, it will certainly convince you to use it. Features are amazing and non-IT people like me will be able to use it for my business. No more hassle with tracking leads, marketing products, or replying repetitive questions from customers.
