The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates McLean Employee Engagement from other similar products?
The two biggest differences I noticed were the quality of the reporting (both PDF's and Excel), and the customer service/project coordinator. The reports are beautifully constructed, easy to follow, and capture the data in compelling ways through graphics and charts. This feature allowed us to focus on the data that we gathered, rather than how to present it. Our project coordinator was on top of every detail, immediately responsive, and truly went above and beyond to guide us through this process. She regularly referenced best practices and truly was the expert leading us through set-up all the way to execution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user experience - from the reports, to the dashboards, to the intuitive nature of McLean connect. All of these details make it very easy for the end-user.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The benchmarking/industry data. Having benchmarking data that was more closely relatable (company size and industry) would've been helpful, but is not necessary for us to be impactful with action planning. However, our leaders often want to compare our data to more relevant sources.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend diving in to all the resources McLean has to offer regarding employee engagement - the survey, the tools and resources for communication and action planning, the subject matter experts who are eager to help...and compare that to competitors. The quality, ease of use, and top notch customer service make this decision a no-brainer!

What differentiates McLean Employee Engagement from other similar products?
I can only speak to the level of service we received with extra attention during the entire process, excellent tools and reporting ability.

I'm not sure really. We experienced no issues launching our survey.
