What differentiates Mediafly Intelligence360 from other similar products?

InsightSquared facilitates conversations analysis, which is magical in learning the trends in the consumers brain. Furthermore, InsightSquared increases the chances of taking the right marketing line, more so the global space.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

InsightSquared has challenged the old ways of survey and polls, by establishing super authentic intelligent way in helping enterprises grow. Furthermore, InsightSquared has the dynamic power in recording calls and transcribing them for the goodness of efficient conversation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

InsightSquared helps in identifying the intellectual part of every conversation. Besides, InsightSquared strengthen the communications and the marketing scope for every enterprises.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

InsightSquared is manageable in controlling the calls and the chats that companies have. Further, InsightSquared determines the efficient line in controlling digital marketing and advanced communications.

What differentiates Mediafly Intelligence360 from other similar products?

The ease of integration from Bullhorn and customization. Their Support is top notch, second to none.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer Support - they are timely and efficient. If you are in a pinch and need them to do something for you, they will. If you'd prefer to learn to do it yourself, they will show you. They don't charge extra for training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dashboards can be difficult to build and it's too much information for most of our end users. It does take some administrative work to get a report or dashboard built.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can only speak to the Legacy platform, to be discontinued for 2022, but I would recommend gathering the reports and KPIs you use and making sure the data can be pulled in from your existing ATS, particularly if you are not utilizing Bullhorn.

Compelling visualizations for the key metrics

What do you dislike most about this product?

poor UI, the product has a steep learning curve and requires a lot of time to fully understand its functionality which requires a lot of patience

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a great tool but you need to be patient with it to fully exploit its power and extract from its wide array of functions

Role-Based Access Enable different levels of access based on role e.g. administrators can modify and see all data or department managers have access only to their data.

Application Integration Includes functional and data integration with common applications such as CRM, CSM, ERP, email, etc.

Pipeline Visibility Single view into deals by combining customer interactions for visibility into executive involvement, history with past employees and leading sales indicators.

Mobile Support The solution provides the ability to support multiple devices, OSes and platforms using mobile optimized, HTML-based web access and/or native applications.

Artificial Intelligence Engine Can work autonomously within a series of pre-defined parameters, including decision-making, routing, processing, and human interaction.

Call Recording Inbound and outbound calls are captured and retained in the platform, and can be appended with relevant metadata (such as callers, date/time, subject).

Audio Transcription Transcription audio recordings into text format, providing a transcript of the recorded dialog.

Manager Annotation and Feedback The solution allows managers to provide annotation and feedback on recorded calls, and to assign calls a score based on predefined or user-defined rubric.

Conversation Coaching The solution makes proactive recommendations to sales reps based on call attributes and dynamics, for example, balance of talk time or keywords mentioned.
