Customization per CRM.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Leaving comments on the calls and scoring. Our team has to also score their own calls.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The integration with our CRM is still not 100% working correctly, but we have submitted IT tickets for the issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great program to listen to your team's call and give feedback.
