-Microsoft Azure Monitor is a comprehensive -Integration with Azure Services -Hybrid Cloud Monitoring: Azure Monitor extends its monitoring capabilities beyond Azure to hybrid cloud environments. It supports monitoring of on--premises -Application Insights: Azure Monitor includes Application Insights, which is a feature-rich application performance monitoring (APM) tool.

nothing but maybe re-consider pricing

yes i would strongly recommend it specially for Azure users as its vast features and added values that you cannot run your cloud workload without it
