What differentiates Microsoft SQL Server from other similar products?

Well, the best thing MS SQL server is that can be integrated with SSRS and SSIS which helps manage data and business intelligence. Also, MS SQL server provides outstanding security and data integration services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of using MS SQL server is that it can be integrated with excel which makes my job so easy because most files we receive in excel format and can be analyzed further with SQL server with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe that the licensing cost of MS SQL server is a bit high, and reporting is very basic with minimum customization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this tool.

What differentiates Microsoft SQL Server from other similar products?

Major feature of Microsoft SQL is its high standards security & ease of integration which are crucial for any organisation. Data management & wrangling is quite easy in MS SQL then any other software. Although major features remaining same but MS provides more reliability then any other software. Additionally it's multi row transaction feature is quite impressive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I personally think that..Its feature of easy data retrieval & manipulation enables the flexibility in querying. This software provides integration with even modern technologies. Additionally customer support of MS is top notch that provides instructions step by step.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although there are plenty of features but somewhere there is still scope of improvement regarding vendor specific implementation. & Sometimes it gives setback for working with large datasets. Additionally the cost of implementation MS SQL is much higher then any other softwares which makes it hard for small scale enterprises.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would like to draw attention on cost of implementation and maintenance Along with complex administration & purely financial policies. Also sometimes when database size is increased, it slow downs please address this issue.
