Defender for Endpoint customers need to apply for the Microsoft Threat Experts managed threat hunting service to get proactive Targeted Attack Notifications and to collaborate with experts on demand. Experts on Demand is an add-on service. Targeted Attack Notifications are always included after you have been accepted into Microsoft Threat Experts managed threat hunting service.

What differentiates Microsoft Defender for Endpoint from other similar products?

It is basically the best available tool for protection from external threats. It actually integrate seamlessly with other tools and systems that is a plus point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The main features that are really the best includes automated scanning, real time alerts, use of AI in security protection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Heavy cost is a point to dislike. But still the features compensates for its high cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am highly satisfied with Microsoft Defender hence I would recommend everyone to use it for their security purposes.
