My favorite aspect of this product is that it is a centralized solution as it is a complete end to end platform.

I don't dislike anything about this product.

I would highly recommend this to other people as it is great CRM tool which can set you up for great customer service.

Web solution, variety of modules, customized workspaces

Ease of access,
What do you dislike most about this product?
Session ends too fast (can only be maintained by system admin), not every parameter can be a column, not every column can be used for filtering,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great software if you like basic features. There is a risk any customisation will crash after global forced update. It is tough to customize.
