The dislike is the customer support. Its the wort in the industry.

In the restricted budget and if you already have M365 license you may go for it.

Microsoft Exchange Online Protection makes sure that you can still get your emails even if something goes wrong with your email service, like a temporary shutdown or a problem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If a company needs very detailed and specific email security, setting up and adjusting Microsoft Exchange Online Protection to match those requirements can be a bit complicated and may require more effort.

What differentiates Microsoft Exchange Online Protection from other similar products?

What I think differentiates MS EOP from other similar products are the robust ATP (safe links, safe attachments) and its DLP that prevents accidental or intentional leaks of the company's sensitive data, e.g., SSNs. Others include scalability capabilities, its real-time reporting, and, mostly, its cost effectiveness since it's hosted in the cloud by Microsoft.

Cost Effective

What do you dislike most about this product?

False Positives: flagging legitimate incoming mails as spam or being malicious

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
