Unlike third-party solutions that require extra setup and maintenance, EOP works natively within the Microsoft ecosystem, making email security feel effortless. It automatically filters out threats like spam, phishing, and malware without disrupting normal email flow, all while being managed from a single, user-friendly dashboard. It’s efficient, reliable, and doesn’t require constant tweaking—just set it up and let it do its job.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the biggest drawbacks of Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP) is its lack of advanced customization compared to third-party security solutions. While it does a solid job filtering spam and malware, the level of control over filtering rules and threat response can feel limited, especially for businesses with complex security needs.
