What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
As a data collector, Microsoft Forms is a great tool for me. Throughout the previous three years, I've relied on Microsoft for a variety of issues in my firm. Aside from producing forms that I've been distributing within my university, I've been studying many other subjects in a more broad context. With Microsoft Forms, I'm able to construct surveys, surveys, polls, and quizzes quickly and efficiently. As part of my job, I use Microsoft Forms to gather results on surveys, create quizzes for training, and do a variety of other data collecting surveys. It makes it easier for me to keep track of my forms and is straightforward to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You may use it everywhere in the organization to collect comments and collect data because it's easy to use. Sharing between teams is a breeze since it's easy to connect to Sharepoint. To gather knowledge in real, surveys, polls quizzes, and questionnaires may be created using it. Link is easy to share with the public. When our weekly group meeting came around we went over the findings and discussed why each answer makes sense while still discussing which is the most right so that our final output is streamlined and coherent. The Microsoft Teams-hosted forms can be accessed by my workers from any device, including a phone, tablet, or iPad.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you need to alter the format of a query or choice in Microsoft Forms, you have to erase the entire question and begin over instead of simply picking a different format. Every time a question is updated in a flow, you have to update the flow and the answer sheet. It would be much easier to have a drop-down menu of alternatives than to have to delete and rewrite the entire question and responses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Making full advantage of the available integrations is highly recommended. They are the driving force behind the strength of Forms. To save time and resources, you may easily duplicate a form and edit it for a different purpose. PowerAutomate's triggers and Microsoft Teams' connection are particularly beneficial for keeping business operating smoothly, data gathered easily, and everyone on the same page, respectively. I highly recommend using it for data collection and evaluation of students.

User interface, easy to use, easy to integrate, easy to customise, designed templates, easy to access, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Intuitive user interface, easy to integrate with other tools instantly, can customize all data according to our requirements. It helps to gather information from employees, clients, customers easily with simple forms, short surveys. Entries can be stored securely wherever you want. You can create poll, quizzes, feedback forms, etc to improve your services. You can set custom templates, fonts as per your form's requirement. You can send the forms through mail, link to anyone. It can be used by both web and mobile devices. During collaboration, meetings you can use poll options by integrating with MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Templates, fonts are limited. You can't update any form after submission. If they will add more features it will be the best one. Still we like this tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will recommend to users, if you have opted MS Office package then it will be helpful to you and you don't need to invest more in other platforms for this tool. You can easily create forms, surveys for your company, businesses to get feedbacks from your employees, customers, clients to improve your services where it fails. It doesn't require any knowledge to use this. Everyone can use this and with any device.
