It's customisations are great when building surveys to reach customers.

The surveys which help to build confidence in products we may not be sure of.

It has felt quite static not a lot of improvements have been made in the time I have used

Like all Microsoft tools this one is great and is really helpful to gather needed insights into surveys and more

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way in which you can compile information and organise it to be more productive. Really how easy the application makes this for the user

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes when I was using this it felt a little slow not sure how that has improved now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great product really useful to gather insights on what customers want. Highly recommend

It consists of many templates where we can create forms easily which saves a lot of time compared to other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The real time analytics and reporting capabilities of Microsoft Forms are my favorite part of the program. They provide insightful data and improve the overall effectiveness of administering and analyzing surveys.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform is appropriate for basic surveys however, users looking for highly complex survey structures with sophisticated logic may find the features somewhat limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For those considering Microsoft Forms, It is the best platform which provide wide range of templates which helps organization to create surveys faster and efficient.
