What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?

Microsoft Forms is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Microsoft applications, especially Office 365. It provides an all-in-one tool to help business users build and share contact forms, and multi-section surveys with conditional logic. Also, the forms allow for various question types and multimedia embedding capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about Microsoft Forms is the user interface and the visual form builder, which simplify form creation, especially when building long or multi-section ones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile user experience needs improvement. Embedding forms in web pages can sometimes result in issues when viewed on mobile devices, requiring additional adjustments to the form dimensions to make it suitable for smaller screens.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is worth noting that Microsoft Forms is a multi-purpose form builder tool. However, for advanced workflows involving automation or data collection within an analytical pipeline, you might consider exploring tools with programmability features.
