What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Existence of many built in templates,necessarily for making forms look impressive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Has very simple dashboards that makes creating surveys easy and saves a lot of time. Makes our forms look impressive and professional. Great many options of customization. Easy to share with other people in the form of a link. Capture data in real time ,create polls,quizzes ,surveys and questionnaires.
What do you dislike most about this product?

Dead simple surverys!

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
It's easy to make and use, and it does not require any technical experience. Easy to share your form with external users, but if you have questions with attachements, users will be asked for office365 to log in and fill the form.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Forms has a wide variety of applications that I can integrate with, be it MS Word, Excel or any other application that Microsoft does not make. Apart from that, it includes some features like photos in answers that many competitors in the market have not included and are very useful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
MS Forms are very hard to use for an average person who is not a techie. It sometimes confuses for which feature to select from which navigation bar. Apart from that some features also come under the premium version hence making it a bit costly compared to other form software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
All the users can attempt the quiz using one common link, and we can track the scores of every user on one page itself.
