What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?

Microsoft Forms still has the best integration with the Excel spreadsheet software. Since Excel is the primary software I use for analysis of response data to my surveys, it is of great importance that my preferred survey software of choice integrates seamlessly with Excel, allowing for the easy export of survey data into an-easy-to analyze feature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Forms survey templates are easy on the eye, especially for mobile devices. From experience creating survey campaigns , aesthetics is a major factor in deciding how much engagement a survey campaign gets from its target audience. Secondly, I love that Microsoft Forms makes it convenient to get real time summaries of all responses to my surveys, as they are being submitted.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Forms lags behind in the area of group collaboration on survey creation. There are no live commenting functionality on surveys, as they are being created . Live comments should be available on all survey tools. As a result of the aforementioned, remote collaboration on survey creation using Microsoft Forms is very hindered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Forms is still my preferred software for building quizzes, surveys and polls. While it comes with its own limitations, it still remains one of the most easy to use software for creating surveys .
