What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Frankly, I don't know. I would imagine that commercially available surveying software probably have stronger features than Forms. I don't think that Microsoft puts too much effort in developing this compared to perhaps other apps they offer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's part of our Microsoft365 license, so I look at it as "free" even though it really isn't.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Seems very basic. I don't like the chart capabilities very much.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're paying for Microsoft365 anyway, then try Forms and see if it satisfies your needs.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
It is multichannel, the ease with which you can create questionnaires, surveys, forms, comments and registrations, among other things, the simplicity with which you can share the forms, the ability to generate QR codes, the ease of use, its Net Promoter Score feature and its reasonable price.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What attracts me most about this collaboration tool is its overall flexibility and ease of use, as well as the variety of options for creating forms and surveys that allow you to efficiently collect relevant information in any scenario, whether business, educational or personal. It also offers a variety of graphical themes to apply to the forms, which gives them a very professional look, plus it integrates very well with Excel and other Microsoft tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Microsoft Forms has all the necessary capabilities, I think it lacks many advanced features available in other programs. For example, you can't save a form for future use, you can't set a time constraint, and I think the user interface is a bit outdated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Forms is a useful tool, especially if you want to create surveys and forms easily and quickly, or even in a few minutes; it is also ideal if you use other Microsoft products; Microsoft Forms provides all the necessary capabilities for information collection, but lacks certain features offered by competitors; for this reason, it is essential to be clear about the purpose for which you are going to implement it.
