What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?

Microsoft Forms are perhaps the easiest forms to share that I've worked with up to this point. The ability to generate QR codes, embed code, links, and the old-fashioned "share" to email options are all right there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can create forms which has Net Promoter Score feature. It is really helpful in feedback forms as it gives much accurate results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Plans are costly. Should have a basic plan. If it had a less expensive basic plan it would have been really helpful for startups like us and We can export results only in Excel format. There should have options for other formats like PDF.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you or your organization are already users of Microsoft 365, there's no reason not to use Microsoft Forms.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?

Microsoft Forms offers well formulated templates that users can choose to help them start up creating helpful questionnaires and survey forms. It has the ability to generate QR codes, embed code, links and share them via the share to email options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customizing themes is easy and has a lot of theme options. It has a preview function that makes it easy to create long surveys. The User Interface is straightforward and very user-friendly and the Dashboard is very simple making it simple to create polls and survey forms. It is easy to share across with audience in the form of a link. It helps us get relatively quick feedback from customers with complete anonymity. Reviewing your results and it provides various options for comparing answers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It only support web browser but does not support mobile apps. Also when one need to change how a question is setup, you have to delete the whole question and start over.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this product. It is one of its kind and comes with great features to ensure you get the most accurate responses from your clients and customers.
