What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?

Microsoft Forms comes with specific advanced features which are simply unavailable on most direct alternatives to Microsoft Forms. For example. Microsoft Forms offers password protection for surveys, and there is also the option to set expiry dates to surveys, ensuring that surveys are only available for pre-specified periods.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Form has a fantastic branching logic functionality, which is the bedrock of successful surveys which I have used the software for. It enables me to send respondents to answer specific survey questions , based on their responses to previous survey questions. With Microsoft Forms branching logic, I am overall ensuring that my respondents see survey questions that are most relevant to them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft form user collaboration options are limited. I also find it inconvenient that Microsoft Forms doesn't provide survey respondents with the option to save surveys halfway or even update their survey responses after submitting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Like most other Microsoft software products, I think that Microsoft Forms is best suited for teams , and organizations who use a lot of other Microsoft products in their software stack.

The fact this software is beeing a part of Microsoft Office 365. This is a big advantage because all the softwares present can work in synergy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to use and set up quiz. Moreover, it is very intuitive software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any because it is an amazing software to use.
