What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Microsoft forms is included in the office 365 pack, which makes it reliable and easy to use. There is no need to log in with a different password (you use your microsoft account) and it is easy to share forms/surveys internally in a secure and fast way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it is very easy to add collaborators so that others can view results and edit the form, a very useful feature for internal comms and one that is not always included in other similar softwares.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The data visualization of results is not my favorite, I think other softwares generate better insights and graphics that are easier to understand.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To make the most out of its features and possibilities are included in the Office 365 pack.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
It provides different categorized templates which helps to organizations to built survey according to the category they need.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its simple UI which can be understandable for anyone and we can easily fill the forms by just typing or dragging etc..,
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes its hard to integrate with 3rd party apps when we connect it from other applications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This Software helps to take surveys which gives an analyzed reports and its feel good UI can be understandable for any person which sets a part it from other Softwares.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Its smooth and automatic integration with Microsoft Excel is the first major point of difference to me , as a data professional. This aids my data analysis workflow and makes trend analysis a lot easier for me. From experience, no other tool integrates with Excel as smoothly as Microsoft Forms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Forms comes with a variety of templates and themes by default. This makes it so convenient to customize the look and feel of my survey forms. I just also have to mention Microsoft Form's branching logic feature. This functionality brings a whole lot of dynamism into my surveys , by enabling different respondents to my surveys to see specific survey questions , based on their answers to preceding survey questions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because I have to work together with other individuals in my department when creating surveys, real time , group collaboration becomes an advantage. Unfortunately, multi-party collaboration on Microsoft Forms is extremely limited. This is more visible when comparing the quality of collaboration available on Microsoft Forms to what is obtainable with a tool like Google Forms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For organizations like myself who use a lot of Microsoft Software , I am of the belief that Microsoft Forms is a no-brainer.
