A great tool to deploy devices remotely.

What differentiates Microsoft Intune from other similar products?

Microsoft Intune provides features that differentiates from other products as it integrates with Microsoft other product Azure Active Directory. When deploying devices it automatically joins and names the device while applying all of the polices without the need to be on site.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favourite aspect is the level of information it provides about a device i.e. software installed, bitlocker keys etc and it is easy to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The policy configuration is not straight forward and is missing a lot of features that you would find from an on-premise domain.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Prior to setting the product up training on this would be required to understand the policy configuration and also how to use the autopilot feature. Once this understood it becomes a powerful tool and is great for an internal IT Administrator.

What differentiates Microsoft Intune from other similar products?

Microsoft Intune allows you to manage most of the core Windows 10 group policies through a simple interface. It heavily integrates with M365 and Azure Active Directory allowing Automate deployment and application of policies to 365 security groups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of the product is the endpoint manager web interface in 365. It is intuitive and easily accessible through the 365 admin console.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be quite difficult to get scripts and applications deployed. Microsort support are not very helpful when we have issues with this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Research best practices, ensure you invest in professional services for implementation and ongoing management if you are not an IT professional.

no infrastructure required.The most important thing for me is the autopilot feature.

There needs to be more support for Mac operating systems.
