Unlike standalone cloud storage solutions like Google Drive, it feels like an extension of your desktop, not just an extra tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Version history. A teammate once replaced a crucial budget sheet, and restoring the older version took just seconds

What do you dislike most about this product?

I’ve had moments where a presentation wouldn’t upload on time before a client call, which can be a deal-breaker during crunch periods.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you organize your folders smartly, as shared drives can quickly become cluttered.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

This is the very good tool for secure Microsoft other files like excel and word, power point, and this toll provide by Microsoft which comes with Microsoft 365 package so we don't need to purchase separately, also microsoft is a trusted brand so this is the reason we did not search other product.

It comes with Microsoft 365 package and auto save features is really good so that data is secure.
