What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

I am one to be conscious of the quality of security for my saved files, and I am of the opinion that Onedrive does a good job in this regard. It does not just encrypt my files during transit and at rest, but likewise provides an extra layer of security for my files, with its restricted access option. This security option enables users to limit devices that can synchronize files from their Onedrive account or access their saved files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Onedrive has always provided me with immediate access to my data irrespective of my location and the type of device through which I access Onedrive. If I need to access Word documents on my desktop in the office , I can conveniently edit the files from my ipad, even before I get to my workplace. Having smooth access to saved files and documents from any computer device , is what I have cherished the best about this storage platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As an organization , Onedrive puts a limit on the number of files that we can synchronize at a particular time and this trickles down to individual employees . I see this as uncomfortable bottleneck which Microsoft needs to put a stop to, as quickly as possible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For teams like mine, who operate a Microsoft themed software environment, Onedrive offers a lot of benefit , especially as it involves integration . A situation which has helped my organization in areas like data security and simplified decision making .
