What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Once you login in, OneDrive is really straightforward to use. It's arranged similarly to the Microsoft file system on any PC, making it simple to explore. It is simple to create folders and manage files within them. It's simple to share files with colleagues, and I enjoy that numerous people may modify files at the same time. I enjoy how OneDrive integrates with Microsoft Teams. This is the aspect that my organization relied on the most throughout the pandemic. Microsoft OneDrive offers a solution for storing all of your documents on the cloud and sharing them with your colleagues. Access to the folder and documents can be restricted.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be tough for me to log in. I consider myself to be above average in terms of digital literacy, yet it can be difficult to locate the correct login page and then log in to your company's domain. It can also be difficult to work with those who use other email services, such as Yahoo or Gmail. Because many document driver apps demand connectivity with Microsoft One Drive, integration with this app is a bit challenging.

I strongly suggest this program to any organization that has trouble keeping paperwork organized. If your company currently utilizes Windows and the Microsoft Suite and is seeking for real-time collaboration solutions, OneDrive is the solution for you. If you provide access to a certain user, an email is automatically delivered to him/her, and he/she may access the folder and operate on the system. You can keep papers secret, and if someone quits your organization, you don't have to keep track of document sharing because all of your data are in one location.

Now, the most difficult task is sharing and storing work-related files and data online, to ease you up, Microsoft initiated its Microsoft OneDrive for business which is your cloud storage to complete this task successfully while working remotely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft OneDrive for Business is accessible on almost all devices and its application for mobile phones greatly helped in simplifying the whole process. You can easily use its mobile app to access, share, edit and store data for you as well as your team members.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration as well as offline access is there but very much limited. It is such a disappointment and it actually gets on your nerves at times but there is nothing you can do about it. Offline access is an important aspect but being limited makes it very difficult to work so you would rather prefer to switch back to online mode

A great initiative by Microsoft that actually makes companies feel safe working online and sharing data and important files. I love their security, it is top-notch. It is enriched with features and to be honest there is nothing to lose.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The provision of a storage space on the cloud is something that I use and appreciate very much. Because I have 1 TB of storage, I don't have to worry about worrying about wiping data as I acquire more images and papers for each project. I don't have to worry about connecting back-up external memory drives, either.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you want to utilize online applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel, you'll need to subscribe to the Standard plan, which is a shame since the basic version should already have that capability. On the other hand, you may use the browser to access them directly.
