What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

it is easy to use and the price is not too high nor too low, a fair price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The first benefit of One Drive is the ability to safely store data on the cloud. We may also access files at any time, anyplace. We may provide the drive URL as well if you grant access to it. No local storage? No problem, simply upload everything to One Drive, where it will be safely stored and shared. We may alternatively sync it to the local drive, which will not affect One drive. It also offers a sync back option if needed. It will sync all changes you made to data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In order for us to use it, we must overcome the fact that it has restricted offline access. Business licenses cannot be issued if there are no third-party connectors

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Security, access, and sharing are the main needs for OneDrive for a Business, and they are met without a hitch.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

OneDrive is very useful because it can be used without knowing the file storage capacity because it is provided with a capacity of 1 TB per person. It is mainly used to store business documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very convenient because it works for cooperation with other users. The capacity of OneDrive itself is large, and even if the capacity of the PC hard disk is small, it can be used which is useful. The cooperation with Microsoft is perfect and easy to use!

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a pity that some symbols and special characters are not supported. Even if it is not supported, I think it will be more convenient if you can convert it and store it without permission.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it may not be possible to send them even if they are compressed, and work that was burned to DVD has been eliminated, so work efficiency has improved significantly. After all, it is great to be able to attach a large amount of data as a link by email. Since it can handle large files that cannot be exchanged via email, etc., it is used to share materials with business partners inside and outside the company. Since it is provided by Microsoft, we are using it with peace of mind, such as security and stable operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
