What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

I find OneDrive more intuitive to use, and the app is very good. About the other features I see that all competing products are similar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft OneDrive is very intuitive to navigate and is a convenient and secure way to share files with co-workers. Another key point is that we can access our files anywhere, and we can edit and share them remotely. The mobile app and its easy to use interface are very good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a file size limit. Uploading files in both the browser and the OneDrive mobile app may be faster. The worst is trying to share files with people outside the organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an important alternative for users of other Microsoft tools. It's amazing to have your files shared wherever you are, read, change and upload.

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

Microsoft OneDrive is reliable and secure. It also integrates with Teams in terms of meeting recordings. With Microsoft ecosystem of other software's, this fits well for file backups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With OneDrive, I don't need to worry about data loss if laptop crashes. I can easily backup my data on cloud and use it from anywhere. No more worry about laptop crash or data loss. It also makes data sharing with team so easy and I can access my files from any place and any device.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike, it does all the things it needs to do. One suggestion would be to easy way to share file like with whom I want to share or option to choose my default sharing setting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a must have software for all employees. data is the most critical thing and it allows the backup and protection of the same.

Ability to move to work from home without server access virtually seamlessly Ability to share and make changes in real time

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of training materials and feature resources

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is nothing else like this i - if you have familiarity with other Microsoft products you can implement quickly and effectively. Be clear on set up and organization or it will get messy like any other application. Because of One Drive no one uses our server any longer and it's secure but can get confusing (just like the server) if you aren't making it a clear concise set up and process.
